Shipping and Returns

Shipping Fees offers FREE delivery in Metro areas on all orders over $99. All orders under $99 will incur a delivery fee of $6. If you want delivery to a post box in the metro area there will be a delivery fee of $9.95 on all orders. offers FREE delivery in Regional areas for all orders over $199 this also includes Post Boxes. If your order is under $199 a delivery fee of $9.95 will be charged.

All orders will be packed to minimize damage during transit and will be sent using Australian Postal Services or other Courier Services

Orders that are received by 3 pm will be dispatched the same day. Orders after 3pm will be dispatched the next business day. You should receive your order the next day in the city areas and regional areas will be a bit longer.. You will not be liable for any additional delivery charges should we have to back order and delay delivery on any part of your order.

Due to the spiraling cost associated with re delivery fees charged to Yourinkshop as a result of customers not being available to receive goods ordered, some important changes have been made to the process of delivery. Yourinkshop can no longer absorb any redelivery fees caused by customers not being available to receive goods. Please read the following terms and conditions of purchase that deal specifically with these changes.

a) All orders delivered by Courier Companies and Australia Post will have attached to their sent goods an “AUTHORITY TO LEAVE ARTICAL ON PREMISES WITHOUT P.O.D.” or a “NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED” or other such label indicating that goods may be left at the nominated address without a signature or physical handover to the customer. Such customers agree to abide by this action and hence are then fully responsible for the condition and title of such goods left without a signature.

b) Please advise us in the comments box where the courier is to leave your order if you will not be home.

Faulty Ink & Toner Cartridges

* there are many occasions where both toners and ink cartridges are found not to be faulty. Please read return conditions. Click here to read.

* as a rule, we do not give credits/refund for returns where the goods are over 60 days old from the invoice date.

* The warranty is limited to the cost of the goods only, as stated on your invoice, and is the amount you actually paid us for the goods.

* once we have received the cartridges, we will then evaluate them and contact you to advise the result. This could take up to 60 days for Genuine Cartridges and Toners and 7 days for Compatible Cartridges

it is your responsibility to pay the freight charges and insurance to and to ensure you have a proof of delivery for goods returned to us. Goods that are shipped with ‘receiver to pay’ will be rejected and not accepted

Incorrectly ordered goods

We understand that goods can sometimes be incorrectly ordered or your old printer may simply die.

In these instances, we are happy to offer a 30-day money back guarantee on the cost of the products provided you return these to us in an unused and original condition. We cannot refund your delivery charge and there will be a small 10% restocking fee.

Returns Forms

To obtain your return credit we ask that you seek a Returns Authorization form from us. You can obtain this form here

A Return Authorization Form will be valid for 14 days once issued with an RA number.
